| 1. To lead a sealing rope in openings of the sealed object. |

| 2. To pass through the free ends of rope through openings in the corps of seals, approaching seals on 30 mm to the sealing object. |

| 3. To revolve the small flag of drum clockwise to creation of maximal pull of sealing rope. |

| 4. To break off the small flag of drum. |

1. To check up accordance of number and logotype of the explored seals to the number and logotype indicated in the magazine of registration.
2. To check up accordance of numbers on a corps and on the drum of the explored seals.
3. To check absence of tracks of influence for a corps seals and drum.
4. To check up integrity of sealing rope (by sight and manual).

The numbers of all set (taken off) seals must be registered, containing the following information:
• Place of setting (removal) of seals
• Date and setting (removal) time of seals.
• Number and testimonies of device of account.
• Name and signature of person setting (taking off) seals.
• Name and signature of person adopting the object of seals.

Order of the guards seals «Scorpio» is adopted on results consideration of writing request of customer (being an artificial person), containing the following information:
1. Name, position, essential elements of enterprise - customer.
2. Name and type of object of sealing.
3. Volume of one-time delivery.
4. Interesting date of delivery.
5. Logotype (letter-digital).
6. Color of drum.
7. Variant of execution of number and logotype (colourless or contrasting).
