| Hand shears have construction design of double-lever type which anticipates changing of cutting ends. They are designed for cutting steel wire-ropes (GOST 3067-84, GOST 3070-88) and binding low-carbon steel wire for general purposes (GOST 3282-74). Spare ends are included into the set. |
